TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of electricity for general use for Budapest Főváros X. kerület Kőbányai Self-Government and its institutions, as well as for its economic companies, in the period between 2027.01.01. 00:00 CET and 2027.12.31. 24:00 CET, under a full-supply-based electricity trading contract in a volume of 3,072,025 kWh (base quantity or contracted quantity). An adjustment of + max. 30% in volume compared to the base quantity is possible. Details are provided in the other procurement documents. The tenderer is required to provide the + max. 30% volume variation free of any additional charges, at the tender price and under the conditions corresponding to the base quantity. Beyond the base quantity, the contracting authority does not undertake to order/call off additional volume, nor to order/call off the full volume variation of up to max. 30%. The deadline available for ordering/calling off the volume variation is the same as the deadline available for calling off the base quantity. If the base quantity has been called off, then the volume above the base quantity—by unilateral legal declaration—shall be ordered/called off in relation to the volume variation.
