TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of electricity for the Contracting Authority for the period 2027.01.01. - 2029.12.31., under a commercial contract based on full supply, without an obligation to schedule delivery. Contracted amount of electricity for the entire contract period: 12,312,000 kWh. Contracted annual amount of electricity: 4,104,000 kWh. The actual annual electricity consumption may fall within the range of 80–120% of the contracted annual electricity amount, which constitutes a quantity tolerance band of +20% / -20%. The minimum annual quantity falling under the acceptance obligation is 80% of the contracted annual electricity amount, i.e. 3,283,200 kWh. The maximum annual electricity quantity is 120% of the contracted annual electricity amount, i.e. 4,924,800 kWh. The range between the minimum annual quantity falling under the acceptance obligation and the maximum annual electricity quantity is considered a quantity deviation and/or a deviation within the tolerance band, and no separate quantity surcharge will be charged within this range.
