The Statement of Work (SOW) summarizes the following key deliverables and activities:

• Project Start (A01): Data acquisition, review, and verification, including taking over client data (TV or GIS in XML format), checking for plausibility and completeness, defining additions, and coordinating project goals, data inventory, and timelines.
• Creation of TV Inspection Plans (A02): Developing detailed TV inspection plans with shaft and pipe labeling, and providing duplicated plan sets for cleaning, channel TV, and shaft inspection units.
• Creation of Bill of Quantities for Channel Inspection (A03b): Preparing a bill of quantities for channel cleaning and TV inspection work on wastewater lines, including compiling tender requirements, a criteria catalog, evaluation matrix, forms, and a written award proposal based on a phased planning of services.
• Coordination and Monitoring of TV Inspection and Channel Cleaning Works (A08a): Technical supervision of cleaning and TV inspection work through regular phone calls and email, controlling contractual performance and progress, participating in TV start meetings, and reviewing measurements and invoices.
• On-site Monitoring of TV Inspection and Channel Cleaning Works (A08b): Supplementary on-site technical supervision through scheduled appointments (e.g., Jour-Fixe) including scheduling, travel, preparation, follow-up, and documentation.
• Supplementary Project Coordination (A08c): Additional coordination to ensure the defined execution schedule, involving telephone and written communication to accelerate completion and manage timelines in case of delays.
• Condition Assessment and Rehabilitation Concept - Main Channel (HK01): Importing and plausibility checking all TV inspection data, correcting GIS data and master data, integrating new shafts, adjusting pipe routes, creating differential data for GIS comparison, correcting and supplementing inspection data, merging data, quantifying damages, adding primary damages, correcting condition codes, and continuously supplementing missing documentation. This also includes in-office damage assessment by trained personnel, classification of damages into condition classes, and developing prioritized, economic rehabilitation concepts with cost estimates per section and a report with existing and condition plans.
• Engineering Condition Assessment of Shafts: Similar condition assessment, master data reconciliation, and rehabilitation concept specifically for EN 13508-2:2011 coded shaft surveys using Panoramo SI or comparable methods.
• Data Handover and Visualization (D01): Delivering all digital data of the processed channel network and evaluation results in the specified XML exchange format to the client or their GIS service provider on a data carrier, along with personal explanations of the results.
