TENDER DESCRIPTION

Ringsaker municipality invites tenders for framework agreements for winter maintenance (snow ploughing and salting) of municipal properties, except for certain properties in northre Ringsaker. The procurement is divided into geographical lots and includes various facilities such as schools, kindergartens, health and care facilities, sports halls and administrative buildings. The purpose of the agreement is to ensure safe access and good availability of the municipality’s buildings, and to enable the outdoor areas to be used throughout the winter half-year. It is possible to submit a tender for one, several or all lots. Tenderers that submit tenders for more lots than they themselves have capacity to handle must state a priority order between the lots. The scope of the assignment will vary from season to season depending on weather and road conditions. The estimated value and maximum value for the lots are set the same for all lots except for lots with only one property, which have a lower value.
