TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the Virtain Rescue and Emergency Care Station as a lease procurement to be located on a plot designated by the City of Virtain. The lessor will construct the leased property so that the lessor bears the costs of the design, construction, and maintenance of the leased property. The lessor will be compensated for the costs in the form of the rent agreed in the lease agreements. The supplier selected for the project is the party undertaking the construction project, an investor, a developer/construction contractor, the main contractor, and the lessor, as well as the party holding the property and the owner of the building. The Pirkanmaa wellbeing services county (Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialue) will act as the tenant and user for at least 20 years.
