TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the Virtain rescue and emergency medical services station as a lease procurement for a plot of land designated by the City of Virrat. The lessor builds the leased property such that the lessor is responsible for the planning, construction and maintenance of the leased property at its own cost. The lessor receives compensation for costs in the form of rent agreed in the lease agreements. The supplier selected for the project is a party that undertakes the construction project, an investor, a developer, the main contractor and the lessor, as well as the holder of the property and the owner of the building. The Pirkanmaa Wellbeing Services County shall act as the tenant and user for at least 20 years.
