Key timelines and milestones include:

• The deadline for requesting additional information is October 22, 2026, at 12:00 Eastern European Summer Time.
• The deadline for receiving tenders or participation requests is November 5, 2026, at 12:00 Eastern European Standard Time.
• Tenders must remain valid for 4 months from the submission deadline.
• The supplier is committed to delivering all ordered products and/or services by April 15, 2027.
• For phased deliveries, the client inspects intermediate stages within seven (7) business days of the supplier's notification that the inspection can begin.
• If the service does not involve the handover of work results, it is considered accepted if the client does not make a written remark within 15 business days of service completion.
• The delivery project concludes upon the approval and commissioning of the delivered item.
• The warranty period is 6 months from the acceptance of the client's application. If the application is accepted in phases, the warranty for earlier phases ends 6 months after the acceptance of the entire application.
• The contract remains valid for the agreed period and until all contractual obligations are met.

The delivery also covers providing agreed-upon off-the-shelf software and ensuring its interoperability.
