The contract comes into force upon its signing and remains valid until all obligations are fully met. The supplier must deliver the goods within a period, not exceeding a certain number of months, as specified in the tenderer's offer, starting from the date of concluding the agreement.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the supply, installation, training, and documentation of various specialized equipment and systems, divided into several parts:

1. Training Auditorium with Visual, Sound, Light, Smoke, and Wind Effects: This includes providing an 8K 360 camera, server, projectors, a sound system, programmable show-control synchronizers, a smoke generator, LED light projectors, flame simulation fans with LEDs, a wind or airflow generator, a control tablet, and conducting the system installation and calibration.

2. Virtual Drone Simulators and Control Panels: This part requires the supply of virtual drone simulators and corresponding bags, as well as virtual drone simulator control panels.

3. Interactive Displays with Stands for Auditoriums: The tender specifies the delivery of 86-inch interactive displays and their associated movable stands.

4. Interactive Displays (Information Screens): This covers 92-inch interactive displays intended for permanent indoor installation in public areas, featuring touch input. These displays must meet specific technical requirements for brightness, contrast, touch accuracy, simultaneous touches, resolution, aspect ratio, viewing angle, 24/7 continuous operation, response time, and LED matrix lifespan. Installation, at least 4 hours of training within 10 working days of delivery, and user instructions in Latvian (PDF, DOCX, or PPTX format) are also required.

5. Interactive Displays for Outdoor Conditions: The scope includes 65-inch interactive displays designed for outdoor use.

6. Portable Power Sources: This entails supplying portable energy sources, or "Power Packs," to function as autonomous, portable electricity sources for operating or charging equipment in areas without direct grid connection. These devices must meet criteria for nominal battery capacity (minimum 2.5 kWh), battery cycle life (at least 500 full charge-discharge cycles to 80% of nominal capacity), and total weight (maximum 45 kg).

7. Firefighter-Rescuer Driver Training Simulators: This involves the provision of a virtual training environment simulator specifically for firefighter-rescuer drivers.

General Deliverables and Requirements:

• All supplied goods must be new and unused.
• Delivery terms vary by item: no more than 120 days from contract signing for interactive displays, and no later than 9 months from contract signing for the fire extinguishing and rescue work virtual training environment equipment.
• Delivery locations are Krustpils iela 10, Rīga, and Ķengaraga iela 3 k-1, Rīga.
• The financial offer must cover all direct and indirect costs, including personnel and transport services.
• The software's user interface, menus, notifications, and all system texts must be in Latvian.
• Monthly progress reports are required, detailing work completed, intermediate results, and necessary client involvement.
• During the warranty period, the supplier must facilitate software additions and corrections upon client request, with terms for scope, deadline, and costs to be agreed upon.
