TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement with several companies for the supply of virtualization alternatives and corresponding services. Each contracting party on the supplier side for the framework agreement shall offer the products of one manufacturer per lot. There is no limitation on the contracting parties to the framework agreement. The discounts offered for each manufacturer are assessed against one another. A framework agreement is concluded with several contractors per lot. The framework agreement is the basis for further individual contracts. Individual contracts are generally awarded following the conduct of a mini-competition (MWB) in accordance with Section 21(5) of the VgV and No. 3 of this framework agreement.
