TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement with several companies for the delivery of virtualization alternatives and the corresponding services. Each contracting party of the framework agreement on the supplier side shall offer the products of one manufacturer per lot. There is no restriction on the contracting parties of the framework agreement. The discounts offered for each manufacturer will be evaluated against each other. A framework agreement with several contractors is concluded per lot. The framework agreement is the basis for further individual contracts. The award of individual contracts is generally carried out following a mini-competition (MWB) pursuant to Section 21(5) of the VgV and No. 3 of this framework agreement.
