Lot 1 - Hardware (Digital Kiosks and Monitors) - Subject of this invitation to tender A total of 18 units are to be supplied, installed and commissioned: - 12 outdoor information steles (at least 55", IP 65 / IK 10, freestanding, portrait format) - 3 indoor information steles (at least 49", freestanding, portrait format) - 2 outdoor touchscreen monitors (at least 49", IP 65, wall-mounted) - 1 indoor touchscreen monitor (at least 49", wall-mounted) All devices must be designed for continuous 24/7 operation and must support capacitive multitouch (at least 10 points), the display/distribution of multilingual content (DE, EN, NL, FR) and a WCAG 2.2 Level AA-compliant presentation (BFSG). The displays must have an average service life of at least 60,000 operating hours; individual components (display, PC, power supply unit, fan) must be individually replaceable. Spare parts supply must be confirmed for at least 10 years. The outdoor devices are to be equipped with a microphone array with beamforming, hardware-based echo cancellation and weatherproof, vandal-resistant loudspeakers, since voice-controlled AI consultation is provided via these devices.
