Lot 2 - Digital Service Platform (CMS and distribution systems) - Subject of this invitation to tender The requirements are to be understood as technology-neutral. All solution approaches are permitted that meet the described professional, technical and funding-law requirements, e.g. Progressive Web Apps, web-based portal or integration solutions (middleware), modular content or experience platforms or other web and platform architectures with comparable functionality. What matters is not the specific technology, but the achievement of the project objectives (omnichannel user experience, data sovereignty, open data, accessibility, ERDF compliance) and demonstrable interoperability with Lots 1 and 3. The service in particular includes: 1. Editorial and data management system (CMS): provision and setup of a web-based, tenant-capable system with one principal tenant and at least five sub-tenants, as well as user roles configurable in detail. 2.
