Lot 2 - Digital Service Platform (CMS and publishing/distribution systems) - Subject of this tender The requirements are to be understood as technology-neutral. Any solution approaches are permitted provided that they meet the described professional, technical and eligibility-related requirements, for example Progressive Web Apps, web-based portal or integration solutions (middleware), modular content or experience platforms, or other web and platform architectures with comparable functionality. What matters is not the specific technology, but achieving the project objectives (omnichannel user experience, data sovereignty, open data, accessibility, EFRE compliance) and demonstrable interoperability with Lots 1 and 3. The service in particular includes: 1. Editorial and data management system (CMS): Provision and setup of a web-based, tenant-capable system with one main tenant and at least five sub-tenants, as well as user roles configurable down to a granular level. 2.
