Lot 3 - Artificial Intelligence (AI Chatbot and Guest Advisory System) - Subject of this tender The service includes in particular: 1. AI Chatbot and Voice Assistant: Provision of a visualized, voice-controlled chatbot with 24/7 real-time advisory services in at least DE, EN, NL and FR. 2. AI Platform: The contractor must develop, operate and further develop the offered platform itself. 3. Logging and transparency: Every action performed by the AI agent must be fully and in a structured manner logged (process steps, data sources, parameters, results). 4. Model neutrality: The language model used must be exchangeable at runtime without system downtime, without data loss and without adapting the knowledge database. 5. Integration: The solution must be operable in a platform- and DMS-neutral manner. 6. Multiple deployment: Parallel deployment of the chatbot and the hybrid search across at least five independent deployment environments in the partner regions must be covered by the tenant structure. 7.
