TENDER DESCRIPTION
Visit Northern Finland Oy (hereinafter VNF or VNF Oy) requests tenders for the design, implementation and publication of a new business-to-business (B2B) web platform. The tender will be published in Hilma (hankintailmoitukset.fi) as a national procurement in accordance with the Act on Public Contracts and Concession Contracts (1397/2016). A user interface prototype already exists and defines what the platform could look like and how it could work. This invitation to tender concerns the implementation of the production platform built as its underlying background, including the integrations and features described in Section 4. The invitation to tender includes attachments. Together with the prototype, they form part of the tender documents. If there are inconsistencies between the documents, the tenderer must raise the matter during the time for submitting questions; the invitation to tender is the priority. The procurement will be carried out as part of the Smart Growth for International Tourism (SmartGIT) project co-financed by the European Union (https://visitoulu.fi/en/smart-growth-for-international-tourism-smartgit/). Visit Northern Finland Oy (hereinafter VNF or VNF Oy)…
