TENDER DESCRIPTION

Since 2017, the Department of Haute-Savoie has engaged service providers for the implementation of visits in the presence of a third party provided for in Article 375-7 of the French Civil Code. The Department is reopening this consultation, the purpose of which is to implement visits in the presence of a third party, in situations where children are separated from their family under the provisions concerning children in danger, for which the protection of these children requires that meetings with their parents or other members of their family take place in the presence of a third party.
