TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of Vaxholm has a need to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier for the provision of an overall solution for an independent whistleblowing service for operations within the Municipality of Vaxholm. The whistleblowing service must include an appropriate and easily accessible reporting channel intended to enable employees and others who find themselves in a work-related context connected with the municipality to report serious misconduct in any activity and where there is a general public interest in ensuring that such matters come to light. The service must further include an initial assessment of whether submitted matters qualify as whistleblowing cases, a recommendation for further investigation and, where applicable, the performance of in-depth investigations. The municipality intends to enter into an agreement with a supplier for the provision of an overall service regarding systems, assessment and investigation. The municipality will accept the economically most advantageous tender in accordance with the evaluation criterion best price.
