TENDER DESCRIPTION
The service to be provided is the condition data to be recorded by the contractor throughout the city, using the method of a “Digital on-site survey with georeferenced reference”. No assessment of the survey data is to be carried out. For the purposes of this contract, the entire city area has been divided according to the boroughs. In accordance with Section 3(7) of the VgV, these are lots of a single contract. Since the total value of all lots exceeds the threshold for an EU-wide tender, each lot is tendered separately in the Official Journal of the European Union. The subject of this procedure is the lot “Mühlheim”. The boroughs of Nippes, Chorweiler, Rodenkirchen, Kalk, Innenstadt, Ehrenfeld, Lindenthal and Porz have already been surveyed.
