TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of 1 design contract for the preparation of permit and execution plan documentation for the complex development of Víziorgona Promenade, Budapest III district, encompassing surveying plans, review plans, permit plans, obtaining necessary permits and official approvals for construction, and preparation of execution plans. In addition to the predefined basic design tasks, the winning bidder shall also undertake optional tasks (e.g., design of unforeseeable utility relocations, provision of engineering services directly related to the design). Optional design work may be ordered up to 30% of the lump sum design fee based on the unit price in HUF/engineer-day offered for the 2nd evaluation criterion, with itemized accounting.
