• Development of a comprehensive traffic guidance concept.

• Quantity Determination: Accurate and verifiable determination of quantities for the planned construction work, including mass balance and allocation, to serve as the basis for the service description.
• Preparation of Tender Documents: Compiling all tender documents, particularly the creation of service descriptions with bills of quantities (Leistungsverzeichnisse) and special contractual conditions. This process considers results from prior planning phases, official approvals, and agreements with third parties.
