TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Federal Republic of Germany, represented by Autobahn GmbH of the Federal Government, represented by DEGES Deutsche Einheit Fernstraßenplanungs- und -bau GmbH, is implementing the six-lane expansion of the A 1 between Münster-Nord and the Autobahn interchange Lotte/Osnabrück. The A 1 “Hansalinie” is a main traffic axis of supra-regional and European importance. As part of the overall project, the A 1 in the aforementioned section is being expanded to six lanes. In connection with the expansion, the existing engineering structures are to be adapted to the future geometric, structural and traffic requirements and/or replaced by substitute new constructions. The overall construction project A 1 Münster-Nord to AK Lotte/Osnabrück is divided into a total of four planning approval sections, with PFA 4 subdivided into sub-sections 4.1 and 4.2. Planning approval decisions are available. As part of the preparation for the six-lane expansion of the A 1, several existing overpass structures are replaced by substitute new constructions.
