TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contracting Entity requests the execution of the works for the objective “ESTABLISHMENT OF A SEWERAGE SYSTEM IN MIHAEȘTI COMMUNE, VALCEA COUNTY - CL 8”, in accordance with the requirements in the Specifications Book, as follows: The works will be executed simultaneously. • The works relate to: a) Construction works b) Supply and installation of technological equipment and installations c) Testing and commissioning d) Monitoring and providing assistance/consultancy to the staff responsible during the Defects Notification Period, when necessary e) Remedying any defects that occur during the Defects Notification Period (warranty period) of 36 months, respectively 1095 days f) Training of the Beneficiary’s and/or Operator’s staff The contract is composed of the works execution period, which is 27 months from the order to commence the works, to which is added the defects notification period/warranty period which is at least 36 months from the signing of the acceptance report upon completion of the works; The acquisition of the sectoral works contract contributes to achieving the objectives of the Regional Project “Regional Project for the Development of Water and Wastewater…
