TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is Broadcom’s VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) license service (including its usage rights) and separately ordered support services. The subject of the procurement and the requirements related to it are described in detail in this request for tenders and its appendices. The contracting authority in the procurement is Meidän IT ja talous Oy (Meita), and the contract shall be concluded with the single supplier selected on the basis of the tendering. Only the Contracting Authority will use the framework agreement, and only Meita and the selected Supplier will be parties to the resulting contract. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that Meita’s customers are not parties to this procurement or the procurement contract made on the basis thereof. The Licenses and Services under the contract will be available for use by the Contracting Authority no later than 1.4.2027.
