TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is Broadcom’s VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) licensing service (including the usage rights) and separately ordered support services. The subject matter of the procurement and the requirements relating to it are described in detail in this request for tenders and its annexes. The Contracting Authority in the procurement is Meidän IT ja talous Oy (Meita), and the contract will be made with a single supplier selected on the basis of the competitive tendering process. Only the Contracting Authority will use the framework agreement, and the only parties to the resulting agreement will be Meita and the selected Supplier. For clarity, it is stated that Meita’s customers are not parties to this competitive tender or the procurement agreement concluded on the basis of it. The Licenses and Services in accordance with the agreement will be available for the Contracting Authority no later than 1.4.2027.
