Procurement for the Client of subscription-based licenses for VMware and Omnissa and the associated manufacturer support services for 1 year in accordance with the expiry of support for the current licenses. For the purposes of this procurement, “manufacturer” means the third party who, pursuant to copyright regulations, is considered the author/the author’s legal successor in this context and is entitled to make modifications to the relevant software, in particular to issue new versions.
