TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the lot includes the provision of licenses for the right of use and support - VMware vSphere Foundation, 144 cores for the needs of the MF. *** The requirements for performance are described in detail in the Technical Specification for the relevant lot - Appendix No 1.1. *** As of the date of the decision for the opening of the procedure, funding for Lot No 1 has not been secured. The rules of Article 114 of the PPA (ЗОП) shall apply. *** Time limit for performance: - The time limit for the provision of the licenses is until 30.11.2026, provided that funding under the contract has been secured by that date.
