TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the modernisation of the hospital information system (HIS) by expanding its functionalities. Further conditions of the subject of the public contract are set out in the technical specification of the delivery forming Part C of the tender documentation and in the draft contract, which forms Part D of the tender documentation. The public contract is not divided into lots. The contracting authority did not divide the public contract into lots because the requested performance constitutes one functional unit – the hospital information system – and these deliveries therefore cannot be divided in any logically justifiable way. To avoid any doubts, the contracting authority explicitly states that the service is not part of the performance.
