Project management services “CONSTRUCTION OF WATER UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE BROD 2 - AGGLOMERATIONS OF SLAVONSKI BROD, BRODSKI STUPNIK, GARČIN AND DONJI ANDRIJEVCI” The purpose of the project management services contract “Construction of water utility infrastructure Brod 2 - agglomerations of Slavonski Brod, Brodski Stupnik, Garčin and Donji Andrijevci” is to enable timely and effective implementation of the Project through the following activities: - managing the implementation of the project on behalf of the Contracting Authority; - providing the Project Manager service in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction Activities (NN 78/15, 118/18, 110/19); - administering and providing technical and financial management of the implementation of project contracts (construction contracts (Red FIDIC and archaeological research), contracts for the provision of professional supervision services and for project promotion and visibility, contract for the procurement of equipment for maintaining the water supply and sewerage system), and advising the Contracting Authority with regard to all aspects which, according to the Contractor’s professional…
