Management, supervision and maintenance of the primary and secondary thermo-energy circuit of KBC Zagreb, Rebro location, and supply of energy source In this case, the subject matter is a mixed procurement, which includes: 1. procurement of a service for management, supervision and maintenance (Eng. O&M – Operation and Maintenence) of the primary and secondary thermo-energy circuit of KBC Zagreb, Rebro location, with the associated electrical installations and diesel-electric generating sets (DEA). Maintenance of equipment and devices within the primary and secondary thermo-energy circuit includes: - preventive maintenance - predictive maintenance (condition-based maintenance) - corrective maintenance. 2. procurement of goods, i.e. supply of energy source (technological steam). The primary energy source of the thermo-energy facility of KBC Zagreb, Rebro location, is high-pressure dry saturated steam, with a maximum pressure of 10 bar.
