Management, supervision and maintenance of the primary and secondary thermo-energy circuit of KBC Zagreb, Rebro location, and supply of energy products In this specific case, the subject of procurement is a mixed procurement item which includes: 1. procurement of a service for management, supervision and maintenance (engl. O&M – Operation and Maintenence) of the primary and secondary thermo-energy circuit of KBC Zagreb, Rebro location, with the associated electrical installations and diesel-electric generators (DEA). Maintenance of equipment and devices within the primary and secondary thermo-energy circuit includes: - preventive maintenance - predictive maintenance (maintenance based on condition) - corrective maintenance. 2. procurement of goods, i.e. supply of energy products (technological steam). The basic energy product of the thermo-energy facility of KBC Zagreb, Rebro location, is high-pressure dry saturated steam with a maximum pressure of 10 bar.
