Request for tenders A contract notice with a European procedure for the procurement of weed control machines for the benefit of Saver NV in Roosendaal. Purpose of the procurement The intention is to conclude, for lot 1 "Implement carrier including weed brush installation", one (1) agreement with one (1) supplier. This concerns an agreement for the supply of vehicles in accordance with the requirements described in the description of requirements (PvE). The contracting authority’s wish is for the vehicles to be delivered before 1 March 2027. Scope of the Contract 4 units of weed brush machines For each requested weed brush machine, the intention is to enter into a maintenance contract with the supplier for maintenance. The contracting authority reserves the right not to award the maintenance. No rights can be derived from the quantities stated in this request. Award procedure The award of the contract is based on price-quality ratio (BPKV). The system used is awarding based on value.
