• Windows Server and MS-SQL Server platform operation.
• Druckmanagement (Print Management).
• Backup and disaster recovery solution, including conception, provision, and operation of a state-of-the-art backup and recovery solution throughout the contract period.

• Migration of approximately 10 TB of data, 10 specialized applications, Microsoft Office 2024 LTSC (to Microsoft 365), Exchange Server SE (to Microsoft 365), RDS environment (to target platform), printing and scanning infrastructure, network and security components (replacement of security components), workstation systems (clients and notebooks), and user and rights concepts.
• The contractor is responsible for the complete planning, execution, and documentation of the migration, aiming for an uninterrupted transition to productive operation.
• The migration phases include an analysis and planning phase (inventory, migration and target concept, risk analysis) and a setup of the target environment.
