TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract provides support based on the Capacity-as-a-Service (CAAS) model for a period of two years, possibly extendable by another two years. This model offers a flexible deployment of specialized capacity, with support delivered at the moment it is needed, without having to estimate in advance exactly how much work or effort will be required.
