TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is the conception, organisation, implementation and follow-up of a trilateral showcase of the culture and creative industries with the character of a trade fair and festival in the tri-border area of Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland, which is to take place at the latest in the 2nd/3rd quarter of 2028. The aim is to make visible the diversity, innovative capacity and economic significance of the culture and creative industries in the border region and to promote exchange and cooperation between companies, institutions, municipalities, educational and research institutions and other stakeholders from Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic. The event is intended to present the culture and creative industries as an innovation driver in structural change, to strengthen cooperation with industry, skilled trades, tourism and education, to initiate and deepen cross-border networks, to position the region as a common economic, innovation and living space, and to make visible practical examples, products and projects.
