The subject of this procurement is the planning, organisation, implementation and follow-up of a trinational showcase event for the culture and creative industries with the character of a trade fair and festival in the German-Czech-Polish tri-border region, which is to take place at the latest in the 2nd/3rd quarter of 2028. The aim is to make visible the diversity, innovative strength and economic importance of the culture and creative industries in the border region and to promote exchange and cooperation between companies, institutions, municipalities, educational and research establishments and other stakeholders from Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic. The event is intended to present the culture and creative industries as an innovation driver in structural change, strengthen cooperation with industry, skilled trades, tourism and education, initiate and further develop cross-border networks, position the region as a shared economic, innovation and living space, and make practical examples, products and projects visible.
