TENDER DESCRIPTION
The construction project Bertolt-Brecht comprehensive school is located on the property Humboldtstraße 14 in 30926 Seelze. The plot is level and has slight gradient. Access for the services for the new school building is provided from the north via the Grand-Couronne-Allee over the access road to the Kristall-Therme. For the services for the new sports hall and on the existing school grounds, access is via Humboldtstraße and via the road Am Wehrberg. A site inspection of the local conditions is recommended. On the construction site, a soil sampling was carried out with the result that no harmful substances were detected. Scope of services of this bill of quantities: Suspended façade cladding panels structural component C+F. Please refer to the tender documents for all further information.
