3. Description of the Accommodation The service provision of temporary accommodation and migration-specific social support for the affected group of persons takes place at 2 locations in the State Capital Potsdam (LHP), which are organizationally combined into one accommodation. The term accommodation hereinafter refers to both locations unless otherwise specified. With the consent of both contracting parties, service provision can also take place at another location in the State Capital Potsdam if required. The LHP provides the operator the accommodation rent-free as well as free of ancillary, operating and energy costs. The necessary keys are handed over to the operator at the handover of the accommodation. Part of the keys to be handed over is in possession of the residents. Additional keys must be procured by the operator at its own expense and after prior approval by the State Capital Potsdam. Upon termination of the service relationship, all keys must be handed back to the LHP.
