3. Description of the accommodation The provision of temporary accommodation and migration-specific social support for the affected group of persons takes place at 2 locations in the State Capital Potsdam (LHP), which are organisationally combined into one accommodation. The term accommodation refers to both locations unless otherwise specified. With the consent of both contracting parties, service provision at another location in the State Capital Potsdam is possible if required. The LHP provides the operator with the accommodation rent-free and free of ancillary, operating, and energy costs. The necessary keys are handed over to the operator when the accommodation is handed over. Some of the keys to be handed over are in the possession of the residents. The operator must procure additional keys at their own expense and with prior approval from the State Capital Potsdam. Upon termination of the service relationship, all keys must be returned to the LHP. Interested parties have the opportunity to gain information about the condition of the buildings, rooms, and existing equipment during a site visit.
