3. Description of the Accommodation The provision of temporary accommodation and migration-specific social support for the affected group of persons takes place at 2 locations in the State Capital Potsdam (LHP), which are organizationally combined into one accommodation. The term accommodation hereafter refers to both locations unless otherwise specified. With the consent of both contracting parties, service provision can also be carried out at another location in the State Capital Potsdam if needed. The LHP provides the operator with the accommodation free of rent and without ancillary, operating, and energy costs. At handover, the necessary keys are handed over to the operator. A portion of the keys to be handed over is in the possession of the residents. Additional keys must be procured by the operator at their own cost and after prior approval by the State Capital Potsdam. Upon termination of the service agreement, all keys must be returned to the LHP. Interested parties have the opportunity to gain knowledge of the condition of the buildings, rooms, and existing equipment during an inspection.
