TENDER DESCRIPTION
180,000 pieces of a laboratory white-blood-cell reducing filter and associated storage bag required to produce red blood cell concentrate (red blood cell filter set). The entire quantity must be offered from a single product—i.e., from the same product, meaning with identical legal manufacturer, identical brand/manufacturer model, identical product line, and identical packaging (unit packaging and/or collective packaging) —with all other product properties being identical, except for the differences in packaging. The packaging of the offered product may be different (but offering products with different packaging is not a minimum requirement), provided that the products with different packaging match in every other respect (with identical legal manufacturer, brand/manufacturer model, product line, and identical product properties in all other regards, except for packaging).
