The contract timeline is as follows:

• Total Duration: The work completion time is 12 months from the signing of the contract.
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• Phase I: Up to 2 months from the signing of the contract, necessary studies and initial data verification for design must be completed and submitted to the client.
• Phase II: Up to 4 months from the signing of the contract, the work project must be completed, coordinated with relevant parties, and submitted to the Ehitisregister (Building Register) for construction permit or notice procedures.
• Phase III: Up to 11 months from the signing of the contract, the wastewater treatment plant must be reconstructed, technical commissioning and at least a 30-day trial run successfully completed, analyses and adjustments made, and executive documentation submitted to the client.
• Submission of Schedule: The contractor must submit the schedule within 14 working days from the signing of the contract.
• Deadline for submitting notice of basic operational readiness: 21 calendar days before the completion deadline.
• Warranty Period: 24 months for works and software, and 60 months for equipment, both commencing from the final acceptance of the Work.
• Extended Warranty Period for Building Parts: 60 months for equipment, starting from the final acceptance of the Work.

The Statement of Work (SOW) encompasses a comprehensive set of tasks and deliverables, ensuring a fully operational solution that includes all necessary equipment, connections, software, control algorithms, protections, tests, adjustments, training, and documentation for implementing the measures outlined in Table 19 and Chapter 8 of the monitoring plan.

Key components and deliverables explicitly stated include:

• Overall Project Management and Design: Existing situation analysis, data verification, general expenses (site organization, temporary works, safety, communication), and design works with necessary approvals, notifications, and permits.
• Equipment Replacement and Integration:
• Complete replacement of aerators for all three SBR lines.
• Replacement of three old 55 kW SBR blowers and integration of an existing 37 kW reserve blower into an automatic blower group.
• Replacement of six SBR mixers with a frequency-controlled solution based on the energy audit's option B.
• Replacement of two blowers for sludge thickeners and grit chambers.
• Automation and Control Systems:
• Automation of the treatment process, including three NH4-N/NO3-N measurement points and demand-based SBR control.

• Transport, storage, lifting, dismantling, and waste management.
• Installation, piping, air ducting, armatures, cabling, electrical, automation, and SCADA works.
• Programming, structures, fasteners, and penetrations.
• Temporary work and safety solutions.
• Testing, Commissioning, and Handover:
• Testing, adjustment, commissioning, and at least a 30-day trial run.
• Verification of energy efficiency performance requirements for project scenario Table 19.
• Provision of handover documents and client training.
• Warranty period obligations.

The contractor bears full responsibility for the technological solution, equipment selection, dimensioning, design, supply, installation, programming, adjustment, and achieving the required results, ensuring the wastewater treatment plant remains operational throughout the works. The work price includes all general costs, taxes, insurances, approval and processing fees, excluding state fees for building permits and occupancy permits applied for in the client's name.
