TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement consists of two vehicles for alternative propulsion in accordance with the cost estimate and technical specifications. The subject of procurement requires the provision of a warranty period for the proper functioning of the offered goods. The bidder guarantees that during the warranty period the goods will operate in accordance with the technical specifications. The selected bidder, in the event of a failure or deviation from the technical specifications arising in the goods during the warranty period due to errors in the material or workmanship of the goods, shall inspect and repair or replace them at its own cost within the shortest possible time. If certain parts necessary for proper operation under the warranty conditions cannot achieve the agreed value or quality due to their poor functioning, the selected bidder shall be obliged to deliver such parts at its own cost within the shortest possible time. In the case of a minor repair, the warranty period is extended by as much time as the Contracting Authority was deprived of the use of the goods.
