TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of a direct electronic card payment (VPOS) payment service through the NAV-Mobil application and on the NAV web interfaces. The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement in order to provide the service. Framework amount: net HUF 1,647,991,847, of which the contracting authority undertakes a call-off obligation for 70%. The contracting authority expects the tenderer to provide services that meet the conditions specified in the technical description. The tenderer may not limit its bid for the VPOS service to only the web interfaces or to only the mobile application service, and may not limit its bid for certain tax categories. The tenderer’s task is to provide services that serve electronic payment functions at a high level, and to provide professionals who fully know the given service and will support the integration of the services during the implementation period.
