VR Group: SAP SuccessFactors Subscription Licences

TENDER DESCRIPTION

VR-Group Plc (hereinafter also referred to as "VR" or the "Contracting Entity") is conducting this procurement to establish a long-term agreement for the provision of SAP SuccessFactors cloud subscription services and related license management services. The objective of the procurement is to ensure the continued availability and development of VR's core Human Capital Management (HCM) platform following the expiry of the current agreement. The procurement covers SAP SuccessFactors cloud subscription licences, license management services and related supplier services as further specified in the procurement documents. The selected Supplier shall act as VR's authorized SAP SuccessFactors reseller and contractual partner for the subscription services. The procurement covers the subscription services required for VR Group's current and future use of SAP SuccessFactors. During the contract period, the Contracting Entity may procure additional subscription licences, user volumes, modules and other related services within the scope of the Agreement in accordance with its actual business needs.
