TENDER DESCRIPTION

With this tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to receive offers for establishing a complete air/water heat pump system ready for operation. The heat pump system shall utilize outdoor air as the heat source and shall use the natural, non-toxic, and non-flammable refrigerant, CO2. The heat pump system and all other components and equipment shall be integrated into a new building, included in this turnkey contract. The building and all other plant and equipment must be prepared for the establishment of +50% heat pump capacity carried out either as an option or a future contract. The heat pump system, pumps, instrumentation, and main and control panels shall be placed in a manner that is safe and practical for operation. Apart from the machine room, the building shall include a garage, welfare room (office and toilet/shower), and a materials hall. Furthermore, the turnkey contractor in this contract shall supply and install a septic tank, water and power supply according to contract boundaries, including the establishment of coupling installations and transformer capacity for supplying the heat pump system.
