TENDER DESCRIPTION

Omnibuzz is a joint arrangement based in Sittard, in which 30 Limburg municipalities (all municipalities except Mook and Middelaar) cooperate in the field of transport for specific target groups. In this phase, Omnibuzz provides procurement, contract management, ride intake and strategic control of demand-responsive WMO transport (also referred to as CVV). The purpose of this procurement is, per lot, to conclude a framework agreement with a single contractor for the provision of transport for specific target groups (Omnibuzz transport) in all Limburg municipalities minus Mook and Middelaar. The procurement is divided into 8 transport lots. Omnibuzz has more than 40,000 pass holders in demand-responsive transport. In 2025, this was more than 1 million rides. The historical ride data for 2025 up to and including August 2026 is available per lot in Appendix 13.
