TENDER DESCRIPTION

The concession contract includes the supply, installation, management and maintenance of freestanding advertising objects in the public space of the municipality of Vlaardingen. In return, the contractor obtains the exclusive right to commercially exploit these objects. The contracting authority offers market parties the opportunity to implement and operate freestanding advertising objects in the public space. The contract includes the supply, installation, management and maintenance of freestanding advertising objects in the public space of the municipality of Vlaardingen, in accordance with at least the following principles: • A maximum of twenty (20) freestanding advertising objects may be installed. • At a minimum of seven (7) locations, a freestanding advertising object will be installed of which at least one side is equipped with a digital screen. All other advertising objects may be executed either analog or digital.
