Site setup master builder and crane rental (consider phased construction process). Dismantling of ceiling coverings, carpentry & wet cell areas, floor coverings, exposing main pipeline connections. Existing fire hose stations (dismantling hose, marking on box and decommissioning lines) and fire extinguishers. Partial plaster surfaces (e.g. in areas where sprayed plaster is used), dismantling and storage of existing clinker cladding. Excavation works for new gym entrance. Excavation works for modifications and additions to the sewage system. Excavation works for separation of the combined system outside the building including creation and backfilling of trenches. Creating concrete slabs regarding earthquake reinforcement. Further details of the contract can be found in the tender documents. Product/brand/design or type designations are omitted.
