TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender seeks comprehensive development, maintenance, and warranty services for the electronic data exchange system of the Internal Security Fund and the Border Management and Visa Policy financial support instrument (VSFSVVP IS). The scope includes the development of Audit modules and new functionalities, along with the ongoing maintenance, expansion, modification, and restoration of existing IS functionalities to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operation. Required technologies include ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript (Knockout.js), Typescript, Web Services, MS SQL Server (with an update to 2022 Standard), VMware vSphere ESX 8.0, and MS Windows 2019 server, adhering to OWASP recommendations and Lithuanian national information security standards. The contract spans 36 months, with a preliminary allocation of 2300 development hours and 1300 maintenance hours, and requires bidders to demonstrate prior service provision experience valued at not less than 200,000.00 EUR (excluding VAT).
TENDER BRIEF
