TENDER DESCRIPTION

With this contract notice, Väylävirasto and the City of Helsinki initiate a procurement procedure concerning the construction of the “Vt 4 Lahti Road (Vt 4) between Ring I (Kehä I) and Ring III (Kehä III) and the grade-separated interchange of Ilmasilta” contract. Väylävirasto and the City of Helsinki are seeking candidates and candidate groupings to act as the implementer of the Vt 4 Lahti Road (Vt 4) between Ring I (Kehä I) and Ring III (Kehä III) and the grade-separated interchange of Ilmasilta project. The project will be implemented using an alliance model, in which the selected contracting party will implement the construction of the project in cooperation with the Contracting Authorities. The design party will be procured separately at the beginning of the project’s development phase, for the best interests of the project. The procurement of the design party and its integration into the project will be carried out for the best interests of the alliance from a broad range of tenderers.
